We are Johanna and Wilhelm Brandes, a Colombian-German couple, who have had the dream of starting this own business for a long time.

In 2022, we combined our knowledge and professional experiences and created a program that helps German companies from various sectors hire qualified personnel from Latin America. In 2023, we founded iFachkraefte Colombia S.A.S., our branch in Latin America, which will help many Colombians fulfill their dream of living and working in Germany.
